KIKI COUTURE is committed to provide the fastest possible fulfillment for all orders. Most items ship from our warehouses in California within 2-7 business days.

We partner with nationwide fulfillment centers in New York, California, and Texas. We also partner with international fulfillment centers in Canada, Europe and Asia. The location from which your order ships will be determined by our system to get you the order in the quickest way possible.

Normal order delivery will be within 2 weeks or less (often 7-10 days) for the Continental USA and up to 4-6 weeks or less in other locations.

As of 04/18/2024 KIKI COUTURE changed to an ALL CLEARANCE ALL THE TIME pricing model. In doing so, we can help you save money by offering discounted pricing for the latest in trendy fashions, however, with lower pricing we cannot accept returns or exchanges and remain in business.

We will limit our collections to quality manufacturers that include brands you know to have more predictable sizing.

In the very rare case an item arrives defective, you may be required to return the item for an exact replacement or receive a store credit if item is out of stock. No exceptions. You MUST contact Customer Care support@kikicouture.com within 3 CALENDAR DAYS of date of delivery. No extensions can be allow. On the 4th day after delivery we are not responsible. 

Items damaged or defective may be returned for replacement or store credit by contacting Customer Care support@kikicouture.com within 3 CALENDAR DAYS of date of delivery.
