In the very rare case an item arrives defective, you may be required to return the item for an exact replacement or receive a store credit if item is out of stock. No exceptions. You MUST contact Customer Care support@kikicouture.com within 3 CALENDAR DAYS of date of delivery. No extensions can be allow. On the 4th day after delivery we are not responsible.
Items damaged or defective may be returned for replacement or store credit by contacting Customer Care support@kikicouture.com within 3 CALENDAR DAYS of date of delivery.
